Ensure your sandals are in brand-new condition, free of dirt or footmarks, and include all original packaging and tags.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
Pack and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package the sandals to prevent damage during transit back to our facility.
Processing and Grounding
